Hey! I’m Li Zhou, an NLP enthusiast and explorer🤗.

I’m currently a Postdoc research fellow at CUHK-Shenzhen, working with Prof. Haizhou Li. I received my PhD degree from UESTC in June 2024, supervised by Prof. Wenyu Chen. During my PhD journey, I visited the CoAStaL NLP group in the University of Copenhagen (2022-2023), supervised by Prof. Daniel Hershcovich and working with the rest of the team.

My research focuses on human–computer interaction, particularly speech language models and controllable speech generation, with additional interests in human-centered natural language processing, cultural inclusivity, and LLM alignment.

I enjoy taking on new challenges in NLP. It allows me to learn, grow, and enhance my research abilities. I also love working with different researchers to spark creativity and new perspectives.
